If you bring your PC to our store, our technician will ask you some questions regarding your PC problem, connect to our device to do the basic test and give you a brief idea about the problem and the probable solutions.

$49.00 for diagnostic and estimate minimum charge:

If we can not determine the problem of the PC right away, you may leave the PC in our store for us to do further components diagnostic and estimate, normally it take one day for us let you know the results and the solution.
